Abstract
Vomiting, thoracic pain, dyspnea and septic shock after RY Gastric bypass, twisting at EE-anastomosis, with leak at GJ-anastomosis and dilation of alimentary and biliairy limb. Revision of both anastomosis and placement of gastrostomy.
