The University Hospital of Lille is the tertiary referral center for Northern France (4 M inhabitants)

The hospital has 3500 beds and 400 bariatric procedures are done per year.

For several years, in agreement with ‘Agence Régionale de l'Hospitalisation’,today Agence Régionale de Santé , the CHRU of Lille has opted for a qualitative development of its activities: vocation is to develop innovations and to take charge in heavy pathologies requiring a medical-technical platform, a specialized medical expertise and multidisciplinary care.
