Abstract
Late dysphagia, nausea and vomiting after secondary banded RY Gastric Bypass, intraluminal migration of ring, primarily treated by stent, removal of stent shows residual stenosis, therefore laparoscopic removal of the ring, resection of GE-anastomosis and creation of esophagojejunostomy.
