Abstract
Severe acute abdominal pain after RY gastric bypass, laparoscopic exploration shows large marginal ulcer with perforation, conversion to laparotomy, resection of afferent limb, creation of gastro-gastric anastomosis with remnant stomach and pyloroplasty.
