St. George's hospital is a multi-field hospital  of 615 beds. Оn the basis of St. George's hospital there are 4 surgical departments. 159 surgical beds. Including 86 beds belong to purulent surgery. In hospital 3 intensive care Department: Department of cardiac intensive care, Department of neuroresuscitation and surgical intensive care unit. The hospital has a highly educated endoscopic Department, Department of radiation diagnostics, Department of functional diagnostics, clinical diagnostic laboratory. Also in our hospital there is a Department of gravitational surgery of blood and physiotherapy Department.

The operating unit consists of eight operating rooms and a study room where you can work out endovideosurgical skills. The hospital provides emergency hospitalization in the following areas: abdominal surgery, purulent surgery, urology, gynecology, traumatology, therapy, cardiology, neurology. Planned hospitalization is also carried out every day. More than 30 planned and 10 emergency operations are performed daily.

Since 2015, the hospital opened The Center for surgical treatment of obesity and metabolic disorders. The center is headed by Maria Solovyeva. From  nine to twelve  bariatric procedures are performed per week.
