Abstract
Acute small bowel obstruction, after Roux-en-Y gastric bypass, complicated by excessive nausea and decreased intake, initially treated by insertion of PEG in remnant stomacht. Obstruction secondary to PEG, removal of PE, and formation of gastro-gastric fistula to treat.
